Leeds have a fantastic midfield threat. Kemar Roofe and Samuel Saiz are always amongst the goals and if they’re able to provide the same service as they did last year, Leeds could be in for a fantastic season. In addition to that, Barry Douglas has arrived from Wolves and he created 14 goals and scored 5 himself playing in the wing back role. Leeds may be in for a good season but the lack of an out and out striker could prove fatal for their hopes of promotion.
Brentford’s transfer window began with them selling captain, John Egan after 2 years of service. He has been replaced with Enzi Konza, formerly of Charlton and the youngster may struggle with the step up a league filling a hole previously filled by the captain.
The Bees have played very attractive football in the last few years as they’ve progressed further and further up the table with some dominating games against the lower end teams but will need to gain the consistency to properly fight against the top teams of the league. With one more defensive signing, Brentford could have a good outside chance of the play-offs.
