Blackburn Rovers are the visitors to Carrow Road for Tuesday night’s match against Norwich City (7:45pm kick-off). 

NORWICH

Neil Adams’ men picked up their first points of the season with a straightforward 3-0 victory over Watford on Saturday.

Leroy Fer may not be in the squad as the Holland international is expected to join Queens Park Rangers this week.

Martin Olsson will definitely miss the match after being given a three-match ban by the Football Association.

The win over Watford was their first win in nine games either side of the summer.

Blackburn can continue their unbeaten start to the league season if they manage to avoid defeat at Carrow Road.

Rovers are without Chris Brown, Tommy Spurr and Matt Kilgallon who will miss out due to injury but Kilgallon is expected to join in training this week.

Gary Bowyer’s side are unbeaten in their last 14 league matches either side of the summer, winning 7.

Head-to-Head

The last fixture at Carrow Road between these two sides was in October 2011 when Norwich came from 3-1 down to draw the match courtesy of a 90th minute penalty from Grant Holt.

Blackburn won the return fixture 2-0. That was the last meeting between the two teams.

The last three meetings at Norwich have been drawn but Rovers are unbeaten in the last 10 meetings, winning five.

Norwich’s last win over Blackburn was a 2-1 win at Carrow Road in the Premier League in October 1994 with goals from Mark Bowen and Jon Newsome.
