Arsenal started the season in the bottom 3 after 2 games but they were against Chelsea and City who’re currently sitting 3rd and 1st respectively and since then they’ve gone a streak winning 9 straight games.

Aubameyang and Lacazette have scored 4 goals each, with the former only playing 2 full games. Unai Emery has really brought Arsenal forward since their zero from two start of the season and whilst they’ve been very impressive offensively they’ve only managed 1 clean sheet from 8 games with 6 of the games being played against teams in the bottom half of the table.

There’s absolutely no doubting that Arsenal have turned a big corner with Emery in the driving seat, but these defensive woes need to be sorted as last season they conceded 1.34 goals a game and finished a disappointing 6th, so far this season they’ve conceded 1.25 goals a game which will hopefully not lead to the same result.
